We're in closed beta — what does that mean for billing?
During closed beta, Pro is invite-only. If you have a Pro invite, payments run on testnet for BTC and USDT-TRC20 — no real funds move. Mainnet payments and the remaining chains turn on as we finish chain-monitor hardening. The Free plan is open and fully functional.
Can I really use the Free plan forever?
Yes. Free is meant for personal traders who want a structured journal and basic risk numbers. No trial countdown, no credit card. You hit the 200-deal cap or want the behavioral modules — you upgrade. Until then, stay forever.
How will crypto payments work after beta?
Pick a plan, we generate a one-time deposit address (BTC, USDT-TRC20 at launch; ETH, USDT-BEP20, SOL after). Send the exact amount within 30 minutes. The chain monitor confirms the deposit and activates your plan automatically — usually within 60 seconds of first confirmation.
What happens to my data if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop from Pro to Free and exceed the 200-deal cap, older deals are archived (read-only) until you upgrade again. Screenshots and journal entries are always yours.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — email [email protected] within 7 days of your first payment and we refund in full, no questions asked. Refunds are processed manually during beta (usually 1–2 business days, sent back to the original address). After 7 days we offer prorated refunds for unused full months on monthly+ tiers. Lifetime refundable within 14 days.
Is there a team plan?
Not yet. Pro is single-user today. Multi-seat workspaces (shared journals, prop firm dashboards, risk officer view) are on the roadmap — email us if you want early access.
Can I pay with a card?
Not currently. We chose crypto-only to keep operations lean and avoid storing card data. Card support is on the roadmap.
